Because of everything we’ve been dealing with we’ve missed the time for applying for LTD by 10 days and the insurer denied his claim because of that. It just seems very unfair and I’m wondering if we can do anything about this. He was earning 175K a year and his wife who is disabled herself is left with very little income. He did qualify for CPP Disability recently. Is there anything we can do?
► 24:07 – http://www.mydisabilityquestions.com – How often do you deal with CPP Disability? But now the insurance company is cutting her off long-term disability because she was denied CPP Disability, but her doctors are saying that she can’t work yet because of her illness.
