Responsiveness in the legal industry. You have a right to have a responsive lawyer, if you have an ongoing claim and your lawyer is not responsive you need to let them know that you want a lawyer who is going to respond to their questions.

I have been on long-term disability after suffering a broken neck. I thought I should try to go back to work and was recruited for a great position, but now I am worried I am still not well enough to return to work. I am due to start soon but don’t know if I should. My concern is that if I start this job and cannot do it that I will not be able to go back on LTD. What should I do?
