James K. Fireman is a personal injury and disability lawyer, and National Practice Leader of Samfiru Tumarkin LLP‘s Disability & Personal Injury Law practice group. James has built a reputation within the industry as a fierce, but compassionate and creative advocate for his clients. His practice is focused on serious personal injury and disability cases, and he has appeared as counsel on trials and motions before the Superior Court and Court of Appeal.
In addition to authoring papers on current legal issues for well-known legal publications, James is a guest instructor for the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop at Osgoode Hall, and has been a speaker at several legal conferences. Prior to joining Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, James was a partner at a prominent personal injury law firm.
